Newport Minerals Ltd ("Newport Minerals", "we", "us", "our") is a Tanzanian industrial minerals processor based at P.O. Box 665, Tanga, Tanzania. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through this website, by email, or by phone.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form on /contact:

- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business or company name (optional)
- The product you're interested in
- The specification you describe in the message field
We do not use any tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising tools on this website. We do not collect your IP address or browsing behaviour.
Where your information goes
When you submit the contact form, the information is delivered directly to our company inbox at info@newport.co.tz.
We do not store your information in any database. There is no customer-relationship-management system, no marketing platform, and no third-party storage holding your details on our behalf.
The form submission is routed through Web3Forms, a transactional email-relay service. Web3Forms processes the submission for the sole purpose of delivering it to our inbox and does not retain copies for marketing. Their own privacy practices are available on their website.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry. If you ask for a quote, we use your contact details and your specification to prepare and send the quote. We don't use your details for any marketing communication unless you've explicitly asked us to.
We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry sits in our company email inbox alongside other business correspondence. We keep it for as long as is reasonably useful to maintain our relationship with you as a current or potential customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies — neither first-party nor third-party. We do not use analytics services that drop tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). The only network requests the site makes are for hosted images and the contact form submission, which itself does not set cookies.
